Q: Where do I start?

 Q: What is the minimum number of chair covers I can hire?

Minimum order of 50 chair covers is required, however, other product may be purchased in less quantities.

 Q: Do Chair covers & Sashes need ironing?

Some of our chair covers need a light ironing i.e. Satin made and most of them can directly apply to chairs for usage.

 Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
 

 We generally reccommend placing orders at least 20 Days in advance to ensure timely availability before your event, especially during May-September event dates as these fill up fast. 
 

Q: Do you ship to any location of the world?

Yes we provide globally, no matter where your event or order is located, Our products are shipped world wide.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

we pride ourselves on being a fast & efficient shipper. Most orders are shipped within 5-6 business days. The exception would be customized or personalized items which take additioinal time to process, customization will be determined by our valued customer. when they place their orders. Orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse. We offer FedEx and DHL shipping, which is trackable and considerably faster in shipping time, typically 3-4 business days for most countries. Although this is an typical estimate on average shipping time, actual shipping may be slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship out orders? 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours once payment is received excluding weekends and holidays. Any customization in your order will delay shipment slightly.

Q: How are orders shipped? 

We usually prefere DHL, FEDEX and UPS to be shiped our orders.

 Q: Can I track my order after it's been shipped & how can I receive my order? 

Every shipping order have its tracking no. This No. will be emailed to you aftre having shipped your order, so please use valid email address when going through checkout. AOL and Hotmail users, please check your spam folders. 

 Q: How long does it take for you to respond to my email? 

All queries are responded within minutes period, including weekend and holidays. Your questions and quries are very important to us, and we do our very best to reply back with a response as soon as please sent your query at  info@chaircovers123.com or Call at 442032875680.

 Q: What currency are your prices being quoted in? 

All pricings are quoted in $USD, GBP & Euro only.

Q: Can I preview samples to be sure I'm making the right choice?

You will receive a reponse with an itemized quote and further instructions for obtaining samples. A small shipping and handling charge of $30 (US) applies with each request for a sample which is credited to your final event order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

Currently We are only accepting all credit cards through PayPal and MoneyBookers.

Q: Does your international shipping quotes include customs/duty/import taxes? 

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate unfortunately. Please check with your country's customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.

Q: What is your return policy - For exchanges? 

Welcome to return it back to us for an exchange for another size/color/item if still in original/sealed condition. Here are two simple steps that you should follow

  • First, you simply place a new order for the items you want.
  • Second, you return the items you want to exchange for a full refund of merchandise returned minus actual shipping of original shipment to you(Please do include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return).

We will take exchanges up to 30 days from date your order was delivered. Please note that personalized or customized are not refundable or returnable & also shipping costs are not refundable. All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.

Q: What is your return policy - For Refunds? 

All returns for refunds will be required a 15% restocking fee of merchandise costs. If you have any further questions concerning our exchange/return policy, feel free to contact us here or directly on our contact us page.
Please check your orders immediately after receiving. If there are any issue/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please bring it to our attention within 3 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you unless you are fully satisfied.

Q Personalized item policy? 

On all personalized items: ribbons, napkins, etc. will delay your order for 7-10 days before shipping. Once personalized item order is placed, it cannot be changed or altered in any way.
